Looking for better organisation within the JOIN tool?

The folders are there to help you 🗂

You can create a folder from the home page in the menu on the right of the tool.

💡 Pro tip: Folders give you one-click access to your stories to help you get organized. You can name your folders according to seasonality, the name of a collection, the channel on which you will post your stories.

Once you have created a folder you can find it on the home page at the bottom.

Do you have a lot of files and want to focus on just a few?

The solution is to bookmark them to keep them accessible with one click

It is possible to add stories to your folder from the home page or if you are on the Folder.

To do this, click on "Add story to folder".

❗️It is not possible to add a story to two different folders.

Nothing could be easier! Just move your mouse over the desired story and click on the "Remove from folder" icon.

You can then add it to another folder, or not!

How to change the folder title?

Do you need to reorganise your space? Changing the title of your folders can help! To do so, you have to go to the home page, move your mouse over the folder you want, the option "view folder" appears.

Clicking on it will take you to your folder, so you can change the title.

If it is, the information will appear directly on the story in this way:

In the blink of an eye you will know if the story is already in a folder and if you want to add it or not.
