Thanks to JOIN, you will be able to identify your product within the stories. To do so, you need to connect your Google Merchant Center to JOIN.

Once your feed is connected, JOIN will need access to the images within the feed in order to push the identified product into the story.

However, in some cases, your CDN may act as a firewall and block our requests.

To ensure the Shopping feature works properly, your technical team will need to whitelist the IP addresses so we can access the feed content correctly.
